Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using ZaraTopup (“the Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZaraTopup.

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
• all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to underage users.

ZaraTopup provides digital top-up services including mobile recharge, gaming credits, social media services, and wallet management. We act as a reseller of digital products and codes.

• All sales are final once a code or credit has been delivered to your account.
• Service availability depends on third-party providers and may change without notice.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific service or game title.

ZaraTopup operates a digital wallet system that allows you to deposit real money and use it to purchase digital products and services on the Platform.

• Wallet top-ups are purchases of wallet balance using real currency (BDT). All top-ups are processed through our payment partner UddoktaPay.
• Wallet balance is not real currency and has no cash value outside the Platform. It cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by applicable law.
• Spin tokens and tournament rewards are promotional credits with no monetary value and are non-transferable.
• If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@zaratopup.com within 7 days.
• Upon account deletion, any remaining wallet balance is forfeited and will not be refunded.

• All payments are processed securely via our authorised payment partners.
• If a delivered code or credit is invalid, contact support within 24 hours with proof (screenshot or order ID). We will investigate and, where verified, provide a replacement or wallet credit at our discretion.
• ZaraTopup reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud and refund the corresponding wallet balance.
• Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without notice.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law;
• attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse promotional systems, spin wheels, referral programs, or tournaments;
• share your account credentials with others;
• use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Platform;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services;
• create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or evade bans;
• use the Platform to purchase digital products for resale without our express written consent.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by visiting zaratopup.com/delete-account, or by emailing privacy@zaratopup.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately;
• remaining wallet balance will be forfeited unless required by law; and
• your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and design — is owned by ZaraTopup or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZaraTopup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• losses due to third-party service outages or delivery delays by game publishers;
• unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence;
• changes to or discontinuation of any service or game title; or
• loss of wallet balance due to account termination for policy violations.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
